Trains on both the Tokyo Metro and Tokyu Oimachi subway lines were vandalized with graffiti according to police.

According to the following FNN report, on the morning of September 16, station employees at Futagotamagawa Station in Setagaya discovered a few train cars spraypainted with graffiti.  Early the next morning, Tokyo Metro trains parked at a depot in Shiohama were found vandalized.
